Gustavo Dudamel - Berliner Philharmoniker
Venezuelan, conducting since he was 12 years old, Dudamel is one of the best orchestra directors of today. His direction is distinguished for the freshness and vitality of his gestures and performance. Gustavo Dudamel, together with the Berlin Philharmonic, returns to Florence with a program not to be missed, dedicated to German music. The program starts with Rhenish by Schumann, a masterpiece of heroic Romanticism, followed by a second part, featuring a series of Wagner’s pieces. To conclude, there will be a performance of the Ride of the Valkyries, one of the best-known songs in the world.
