“Play Gershwin”: from An American in Paris to Rhapsody in Blue, played on the clarinet by Gabriele Mirabassi, accompanied by the piano and violin by the Pieranunzi brothers
A great representation of George Gershwin, a famous musician who hasn’t been very popular in concert halls. Gershwin was amongst the first musicians to combine classical music with jazz, creating a mix with which laid the foundations for the kind of crossover genres that are particularly widespread in modern music.

Mendelssohn and Bruch octets with the Indigo and Echos Quartets
The Indigo Quartet and the Echos Quartet have been brought together to perform a program that includes two rarely played jewels of classical music, both by themselves and when played as a combination: the Mendelssohn Octet, which embodies the vital elegance of its sixteen-year-old author, and the Octet of Bruch, which the composer wrote a few months before his death in 1920, and which remained unknown for almost eighty years.

A baroque Christmas with the Concert of the Knights and Marcello Di Lisa
Notes to the Museum celebrates Christmas through music, and is directly inspired by this awaited festivity. From Corelli, with the well-known Concerto “Made for Christmas Eve”, to Manfredini, Scarlatti, Torelli, Vivaldi, the program was specifically designed to evoke the same Christmas atmosphere of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries.

Thursday’s appointment revives three centuries of solo guitar music – a solo yet varied recital by Eugenio Della Chiara, a renowned interpreter who devised a tight and intense concert program for himself and to whom a number of modern music papers dedicated their pieces.

Appeareances of skill and Belcanto with Jessica Pratt and Gianni Fabbrini
She is one of the most beloved and acclaimed voices in opera, an internationally renowned soprano on the most important stages, from the Scala to the Metropolitan. She is amongst the undisputed queens of Belcanto today: Jessica Pratt is the protagonist of the final concert at Note al Museo.
