In the shade of the medieval tower of San San Niccolò, on the Lungarno Cellini, Michelin-starred chef Antonello Sardi treats his customers to creative dishes made with the freshest ingredients available. The strength of Jeanette and Claus Thottrup’s restaurant is, in fact, the use of natural ingredients which come straight from their Borgo Santo Pietro farm, located just a few kilometers from the magnificent church of San Galgano, near Siena. Chef Sardi’s dishes are accompanied by a rich wine collection, kept in a private room that accommodates eight guests only. A five-star gourmet experience.
