Imagine a new era after the “Anthropocene”
Palazzo Strozzi is dedicating 2020 to contemporary art, starting with the Argentinian multidisplinary artist Tomàs Saraceno. His art focuses on considering alternative life models that propose a more sustainable treatment of the environment. Tomàs Saraceno will have the rooms in Palazzo Strozzi to himself for his largest project ever presented in Italy, when he will lay out his vision of the world through unexpected connections between art, architecture and science, engaging the public in highly emotional experiences with his installations, from aerial to fluid, as they envelop and reveal - calling upon the visitor to become an active player in the artworks, site-specific pieces that will make the museum a living and unique organism.
