LuisaViaRoma this year celebrates households, recognised by all cultures as a universal symbol and the centre of a community. This tribute will transform the house’s commercial space in a collective celebration of Italian design excellence, in honour of the Christmas festivities. With this in mind Annagreta Panconesi, third-generation of the family who created the fashion house, has assigned the project to interior designer Cristina Celestino. The theme is set out by a clear inspiration from the dreamy and surrealist world of Caro Mollino. In perfect 1940s Italian stile, both past and present, new concepts and creative solutions meet. It’s a setting that is rich in symbolic and cultural references - from a boudoir to a bedroom and the studio of an eccentric collector – and accurately frames the Christmas-inspired limited edition collections for LuisaViaRoma, created exclusively with Versace, Alberta Ferretti, Emilio Pucci, Marni, Missoni, Etro, Attico and other made in Italy icons.
